First Annual New Year’s Levée - A Joint Celebration The Honourable Rob Nicholson MP, Kim Craitor MPP and Mayor Jim Diodati along with members of the Council of the City of Niagara Falls will be welcoming in the New Year to mark the beginning of three very special years in our City’s history. The New Year Levée which will take place on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 10am at the Gale Centre will kick off the events planned by the City of Niagara Falls, volunteers and other organizations throughout Niagara Falls to commemorate the Bicentennial of the War of 1812. Announcements of plans, activities and events will be shared at this time. There will be music, entertainment and food. This traditional assembly is open to all members of the public. |
